Apparently, the word “blog” is more like “blah-g” in the web world, and I’m told a little whimsy is what carries the day. So, allow me to introduce my “Musings,” where I hope to teach and inspire you with informal and relevant posts about writing, editing and comms!

This first installment, though, I want to focus on life <bring down lights>. Vulnerability, more specifically. For anyone who wants to start their own business — really, anything new — vulnerability looms large. Despite my months of hard work and my great confidence in my ability to help you achieve wonderful things, I had questions before I launched: What if my site doesn’t function properly? What if no one sees my LinkedIn post? What if I fail? What if I succeed?

Putting yourself out there is soooo not fun. But it’s how you grow and improve and hopefully do something grand. I thank you for reading and helping me embark on my new journey, and I hope you’ll allow yourself to be vulnerable and embark on your own!
